Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Representative with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or IT related fields. As part of our team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive IT services, including ERP systems, website development, mobile applications, BI reporting, and IT device installation, to businesses. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Collaborate to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identifying potential clients and market opportunities for our IT services.

2. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events, to generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

3. Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our IT services, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

4. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' IT requirements and offer customized solutions, providing expert advice on how our services can address their specific needs.

5. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems (MIS) or IT related fields.

- Strong understanding of IT services, including ERP systems, website development, mobile applications, BI reporting, and IT device installation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Goal-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
