Sales Executive

Company Description

Obu Nutrition is a premier nutrition brand based in Kuwait. Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role located in Kuwait. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key accounts. The Sales Executive will also conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.


Qualifications

Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts
Experience in the nutrition, health, or wellness industry is a plus
Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills


Key Responsibilities

Foster and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
Drive sales efforts, meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring you can effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay updated with market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is relayed.
Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are logged and followed up on.


Requirements

Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, or Biochemistry.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related sales role.
Possess a valid driving license and have access to a car.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilient, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
