Marketing and Communication Manager

About this job
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Communication Manager. This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, as well as experience in event management and content development.


Responsibilities:


1) Event Management: Take charge of planning and organizing various marketing events, including workshops, conferences, and promotional campaigns.


2) Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content in both Arabic and English for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.


3) Design Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials for social media platforms and ensure timely posting.


4) Social Media Management: Oversee the social media handles, consistently updating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer queries and comments.


5) Internal and External Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related communication between employees and university partners. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication channels.


6) Digital Media Management: Utilize platforms such as WhatsApp and email newsletters to engage with students and school counselors, delivering relevant and informative content.


Requirements:


1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 

2) Proven experience in event management, content development, and marketing communication.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
4) Strong project management and organizational abilities.
5) Proficiency in using digital platforms, including social media tools, email management systems, and content management systems.
6) Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
7) Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
8) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
