Carter Maddox, the leading talent and growth partner for the Renewable Energy industry, are currently searching for a Sales Manager for one of the more prestigious technology companies in Renewables.

The successful candidate must achieve the sales that are in line with company values, culture, and philosophies. Given the global nature of their business, an ability to effectively interact and communicate verbally and in writing with a diverse customer base is needed. This person is also expected to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that encourages harmony with customers, management, and peers from across the company.

The role:

Grow and cultivate solar and wind business in the EMEA region

Prospect, qualify and close sales in the Territory

Help build and track competitive proposals in CRM system

Negotiate terms of business

Sales development activities including: identification, negotiation and business activities with new and existing customers

Help build sales opportunities portfolio

Attend seminars together with team

Assist the coordination of international RFQs and Tenders

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Collect market feedback/intelligence and coordinate potential actions and product improvements with marketing team

Help implement market strategy as indicated by management

A strong technical and business aptitude, in addition to excellent communication skills, will allow the successful candidate to establish direct relationship with end customers and Key Accounts and positively impact our collaboration with consultants and influencers of the industry. This position will also have an opportunity to help identify and develop areas for recurring, profitable business in EMEA.
