The responsibilities of the Customer Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Maintain a clean and groomed appearance, dressed in the standard uniforms.
Pleasantly greet visitors/customers, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to the specific destination.
Act as the brand ambassador by interacting with customers in the lounge by guiding them, facilitating information on appointments, follow up on service / delays.
Guide customers to Q-matic and escort customers to lounge area, offer hospitality.
Answer calls & provide with relevant & clear information against all enquiries made by customers.
Provide customers with business support materials such as handouts, catalogues, magazines when required and assist in any special request of guests.
Set appointments for Service / Test drives & coordinate with Service Advisor / Sales team for smooth operation.
Resolve customer queries promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary.
Make sure Service / Showroom reception/waiting area & vehicles in the showroom are always clean & arranged properly; coordinate with cleaners or maintenance employees to perform any related issues.
Use 5’S checklist to ensure quality is maintained in the showroom.
Provide support during assessments & surveys conducted in order to enhance the customer satisfaction levels & brand image.
Order stationary and necessary items for the customer lounge.
Prepare related reports/data if required.
